I have found that a number of NLP, self-hypnosis and EFT techniques can help teach a person with schizophrenia to learn to have greater control over erratic and psychotic thinking and reasoning.

Where the schizophrenic client is receiving on-going psychiatric treatment, I will often liaise with the psychiatric primary care team.
